On the eve of the session of the European Parliament, the Representative office of the Republic of Srpska in Brussels sent an open letter to all MEPs (Members of the European Parliament) explaining the political positions of Srpska. Among other things, it is stated that the Republic of Srpska respects Dayton, as well as the competencies of BiH, which are exclusively given by Annex 4. The illegal and unconstitutional behavior of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bisera Turković, is mentioned. The document rejects and condemns the information that political representatives from Republic of Srpska are striving for secession.
